The Zoom app must be downloaded to your computer/tablet/Smartphone to be able to view the Live Bingo Draw.

When and how to join and play the game?
Time: Our bingo game will be available to join from 7:30pm on THURSDAY 19/12/2024 with “Eyes Down” promptly at 8.00pm.
A Zoom Link will be attached to your confirmation email after you have purchased your Book. Follow this link to view the Live Bingo Draw
How to play:
The player who is the first to have all the numbers called displayed in a horizontal line on any of the 6 panels of the relevant game, wins the line prize.
To win the full house prize the player must have all numbers called marked in any one of the 6 panels for that game.
Please remember to mute your microphones on Zoom as the numbers are being called
However, if you have a check, shout loud and clear to stop the game
Our Automated system will automatically inform us when we have a winner so you can win even without playing your book. We still want you to Play along and call check, lets not forget, it’s all a bit of fun
Bingo Card Options:
It is best if you can print out your bingo card and circle the numbers as they are called out.
If you do not have a printer:
Suggestion 1: Copy the bingo card using pen and paper. Write out the bingo numbers as they appear on your individual bingo card. Then mark off circling the numbers.
Suggestion 2: Using a smartphone or tablet, take a screen shot of your bingo ticket and save it to your photos. You can then mark the numbers on your device.

HOW IS THE WINNER CHOSEN?
When you purchase a ticket for a competition you are entered into the draw. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order and ticket number. When that competition sells out/Timer runs out (which ever comes first) we will do the draw on the same day. The winner is decided on a LIVE FACEBOOK VIDEO by Google Random number Generator.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRIZE TO BE DELIVERED?
If you win a money competition, after we make contact you should have the money in your bank account within MINUTES. Other prizes that may need delivered, you should be allowing a Max of 21 days as a precaution. Most deliveries reach the customer in 4-5 days. In some circumstances we will invite the customer to lift their prize in our Head Office.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO ENTER?
Ticket Prices range from £1.99 to £25 depending on the prize that is on offer.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY PRIZE?
As a family run business we strive to be the best we can be. If you win a prize then it is yours. We will contact you via the details you have provided when purchasing your ticket. If we cannot make contact we will exhaust all other avenues to make contact.
CAN I TAKE CASH AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE MAIN PRIZE?
In some cases we can offer a cash alternative to the prize winner. The agreed cash alternative will be 80% of the value of the main prize. However we have the right to refuse a cash alternative for any competition. The advise would be to contact us before you purchase a ticket to discuss if there may or may not be a cash alternative.
